INTELLilight® allows operators to adjust the colour temperature to suit different working environments. Warmer light can improve visibility in conditions such as dust, snow, or fog, while cooler light enhances contrast and clarity in clearer environments. By adapting the light to the task and surroundings, operators can achieve better visibility and improved working comfort.
INTELLilight® allows operators to easily adjust brightness to suit different tasks and working conditions. The lighting can be controlled directly through the machine’s integrated controls or via the remote controller when using the multi-platform solution. In cloud-based systems, brightness can be managed through the app, Quick controller, or Remote controller. This flexibility helps reduce glare, improve visibility, and support a more comfortable working environment.
Use the app or other interface to group and regroup an indefinite number of light sources in a wireless mesh network for perfect lighting in every unique working situation.
INTELLilight® cloud and multi-platform systems cannot be paired with each other.
Cloud-based solution is a complete system that uses Android and iOS to operate completely externally, while Multi-platform can be integrated into the machine systems for more customized lighting control.

Bluetooth Low Energy Mesh, or BLE Mesh, is a specialized protocol that facilitates communication among multiple BLE devices by forming a mesh network. In this type of network, each node can relay messages to other nodes, enabling data to be transmitted across the network from one device to another until it reaches its intended destination.
Communication with the mesh network varies based on the equipment and interface used. For example, with our INTELLilight app, which is designed for mobile phones and tablets, we connect to the mesh network using Bluetooth Classic 4.0 or newer versions.

SensorsSensors enable INTELLilight® to automatically adapt lighting to the machine’s movements and working conditions. For example, when a wheel loader bucket is raised, sensors can dim specific lights to reduce glare from reflective surfaces like hydraulic cylinders. This creates a safer, more comfortable environment for the operator while maintaining optimal visibility. |
Branding in AppINTELLilight® can also extend branding into the digital experience. Customisable interfaces within the control app allow OEMs to integrate their visual identity and create a seamless, branded interaction between operator and machine lighting system. |
Geo DataBy integrating geo data, INTELLilight® can automatically adapt lighting based on location and environmental conditions. Information such as sunrise and sunset times or changing weather conditions can be used to optimise lighting settings and ensure consistent visibility throughout the workday. |
AIArtificial intelligence connects data from sensors, cameras, and machine inputs to create a self-learning lighting system. Over time, INTELLilight® can automatically optimise lighting patterns for different tasks and environments, improving safety, productivity, and operator comfort. |
