TYRI are proud to have worked alongside Toyota Material Handling to create exclusive and custom rear lighting bar for their Traigo80, a top-of-the-range, heavy-duty electric forklift and the official winner in The German Design Awards. The Traigo80 was chosen as the winner in the category ‘Excellent Product Design’ awarded by an esteemed international jury of experts.

Massey Ferguson, a worldwide brand of AGCO, is one of the leading and most recognisable tractor brands in the world have announced that the highly efficient and comfortable MF 8S is the winner of the Farm Machine 22 Award for tractors in the 180hp to 400hp category. TYRI are proud to have played a part in the creation of this Tractor in the design, development and manufacture of the unique headlights and work lights integrated into the machine.

Knowing how your lighting is going to perform
is vital to a design

Lighting simulations can be made both for customised products as well as for standard products. TYRI uses customer specific 3D data to create a simulation that helps to determine the positioning of the work light, how the light will fall, highlights any shadows and creates a unified field of lighting. TYRI produces these simulations in house, using specialist software, giving customers a unique insight of how the light will perform on the machine.

TYRI Test Lab – Tested under toughest conditions

TYRI’s lights must withstand harsh stresses in the toughest environments. To guarantee that the lights perform in environments where they are subjected to impacts, high salt content, moisture, water, dust, and extreme cold or heat, all products are tested in TYRI’s own test lab.

The TYRI test is used during research & development of own products as well as products designed together with customers. With higher standards and faster results, this ensures a better R&D process.
