Description
Depending on the application, a coloured lens may be needed. The most common coloured lenses available are blue, amber, red and yellow.
- Blue glass lenses are used with halogen lights to match HID colour temperatures.
- Amber glass can be used as a halogen warning or directional light.
- Red are commonly used for stop signals.
- Yellow are used as fog lighting to offer improved detail and contrast in hazy or dusty atmospheres.
